We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
We accept most major dental insurances including, but not limited to: Delta, Metlife, Anthem, United Healthcare, Cigna, Guardian.
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. You must be familiar with your insurance plan as benefits are not determined by our office. Insurance companies have 45 days to pay on claims once they have received them electronically. After the 45 days you are responsible for any balance that is left on your account whether insurance has paid or not, if your insurance then pays you will be reimbursed. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of your treatment and cannot guarantee what your insurance will do with the claim. We will do our best to estimate your out of pocket expense. We will also do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.
We have several payment options to help meet your dental needs.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, Care Credit or cash.
You may PAY ONLINE using the link that will be sent by our office on your email.
You must keep us informed of any insurance changes such as policy name, insurance company address, name change, or a change in employment.
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee of $75 may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care. We accept cash, checks, debit, major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Dicover, and American Express, HSAs and Flex Spending Accounts. We also offer financing and payment plans through CareCredit for patients who qualify.
We’re pleased to accept CareCredit, North America’s leader in patient healthcare financing. CareCredit lets you begin your treatment right away and pay for it over time with monthly payments that can easily fit into your budget.
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that helps you pay for treatments and procedures for you or your family that may not be covered by insurance through special financing offers on purchases of $200 or more. Once you have applied, you can use your card again and again to pay for additional dental treatments, or for any other health, wellness or beauty procedures at over 175,000 providers across the country.
